Last Thursday, the CW premiered a very high advertised new show, called the Vampire Diaries. I don’t even know where to start with this one. I can’t say that this was the best show of the season (even though this is the first premier), but it was almost interesting enough to capture my attention. The first episode did very little when it comes to background of the story, gave us no reason as to why the show is there, and the only thing it has going for it is the vampire thing and the hot chick thing. So why am I going to watch again this week? I have NO idea.
I guess the only insight I can give you on this one is to watch it? maybe you’ll like the good vampire and the bad vampire? There was enough suspense and enough evil to make this a “OK fine, I’ll watch the next episode just to see how I really feel about it” type of show.
